Geometry truth: a single panorama becomes a colored spherical splat shell. It looks immersive while rotating, but it does not recover hidden surfaces or reliable walk-around parallax. For a genuine 3D Gaussian scene, capture or generate multiple overlapping, camera-consistent views and reconstruct them.
